Job Overview

Forge India Connect Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as HR Recruiters. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Job Details

Position: HR Recruiter
Qualification: Any Degree (Completed)
Age: 22–30 years
Experience: Freshers / Relevant Experience Preferred
Training Period: 6 Months
Training Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Salary from 7th Month: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month, based on performance
Incentives: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on performance
Languages: English required; Hindi preferred. Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu are advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates for available job openings.
Contact applicants and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up on applications.
Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
Support recruitment activities and achieve hiring targets.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to communicate with candidates professionally.
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
