Job Summary

Expanda Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in the logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery executives, warehouse workers, loaders, pickers, packers, and other logistics personnel to meet manpower requirements across Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit blue-collar candidates for logistics and warehouse operations.
• Source candidates through field visits, local networks, employee referrals, job fairs, and walk-in drives.
• Hire delivery executives, warehouse associates, loaders, unloaders, pickers, packers, and helpers.
• Visit local communities, labour hubs, transport centers, and other sourcing locations to generate candidates.
• Explain job responsibilities, salary structures, incentives, shift timings, and company policies to candidates.
• Coordinate document verification, background checks, and joining formalities.
• Ensure candidates join at the assigned locations within the required timelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Maintain candidate databases, attendance records, and daily recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and urgent vacancies.
• Track candidate joining status and follow up to reduce no-shows and early attrition.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, delivery, warehouse, or manpower staffing is preferred.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Knowledge of Hyderabad localities and candidate sourcing channels.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
• Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and basic English is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
