Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office positions. Recruit production operators, machine operators, quality inspectors, supervisors, engineers, and office staff. Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, social media, and local networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate technical interviews with department heads. Maintain a database of candidates and shortlisted applicants. Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per approved manpower requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
