** Roles & Responsibilities:**
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work towards achieving recruitment targets.
Required Skills:**
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and IT hiring.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
