Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Recruiter Cum Admin to handle recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities, employee records, and daily office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect and maintain employee documents and records.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Assist with HR operations and employee queries.
- Handle office administration, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with candidates, employees, and management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment and administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
