Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining dates.
Manage daily interview lineups and maintain recruitment records.
Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per company requirements.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and job portals.
Good candidate coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream (MBA HR preferred).
1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Daily interview lineups.
Monthly successful closures.
Candidate joining ratio.
Employee retention and follow-up.
Timely recruitment of vacant positions.

Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the HR Department.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
