'Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.
• Assist in offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc., MBA HR preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring timelines.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong ownership mindset.
• Available to join immediately.
