Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions across the institution.
Recruit Principals, HODs, Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Lecturers, and other academic staff.
Recruit HR Executives, Admission Counsellors, Accountants, Administrative Staff, Librarians, Lab Assistants, IT Staff, and support personnel.
Understand manpower requirements from management, Principals, HODs, and department heads.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct recruitment.
Screen resumes based on qualifications, experience, skills, specialization, and job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
Coordinate interviews, demo lectures, and selection rounds with the concerned departments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and update them on interview outcomes.
Coordinate salary negotiations, offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities.
Verify academic credentials and professional references as required by institutional policy.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management.
Build a talent pool for future teaching and non-teaching vacancies.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining recruitment quality and a positive candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
