HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of job vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and hiring needs from clients or hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Support offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely recruitment closures.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Any graduate degree is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
• Previous experience in recruitment or staffing will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of candidates sourced and shortlisted.
• Number of interviews scheduled.
• Number of successful placements and joiners.
• Time taken to close vacancies.
• Candidate follow-up and joining conversion rates.

Interested candidates can share their updated resumes with the recruitment team.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
