Job Summary

Aligned Automations Soft Tech Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
