HR Recruiter – Administration and Business Research

Maxus Technologies is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Office Administration, Data Research, and Sales Support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and research skills while being comfortable interacting with potential clients and candidates.

This is a multi-functional role offering exposure to HR operations, business development support, and market research.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and recruitment databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage job postings and employer branding activities.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Office Administration

• Manage day-to-day administrative activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, facility management, and service providers.
• Maintain employee records and office documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave records, and employee coordination.
• Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with internal processes.

Data Research & Market Intelligence

• Research companies, industries, and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain prospect databases for sales initiatives.
• Update CRM and lead management sheets.
• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
• Conduct market and competitor research.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Perform first-level prospect outreach through calls and emails.
• Introduce company services and generate initial interest.
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales Team.
• Follow up with prospective clients for appointments and demonstrations.
• Maintain records of conversations and lead status.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to prospects.
• Strong internet research and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, Administration, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Market Research.
• Experience in IT Recruitment or B2B Lead Generation will be an added advantage.

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Meetings scheduled for the Sales Team.
