We are looking for an HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients of our management consulting firm. The role requires strong client-handling skills, quality sourcing, and timely closure of hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client requirements independently and understand role specifications, hiring priorities, and organizational culture.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on candidate pipeline, interviews, feedback, and closures.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and share relevant shortlists with clients.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Support offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile

Graduate; MBA in HR or relevant certification preferred.
14 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent acquisition.
Prior experience in client handling is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
