HR Process Executive- BPO

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Process Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who possess strong communication skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and are eager to build a career in the BPO industry.

Job Title: HR Process Executive

Location: Remote/WFH

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational and process-related activities.
• Maintain and update data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and trackers as required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow established processes and company guidelines.
• Support operational teams in achieving business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
• Willingness to work in the night shift (5:30 PM IST 2:30 AM IST).
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow in the BPO industry.
