HR Payroll Executive (SAP)

As an ideal candidate for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting is a must-have skill. It is essential to have familiarity with GCC labor laws (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and exposure to SAP/SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous for this position. Previous SAP experience is highly valued for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data analysis and reporting tasks using MS Excel - Demonstrate a solid understanding and application of GCC labor laws - Utilize SAP/SuccessFactors HCM for effective HR operations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce - Proficient in MS Excel - Familiar with GCC labor laws - Preferably exposed to SAP/SuccessFactors HCM In addition to the job requirements, the company provides benefits such as health insurance and a Provident Fund.
