HR Operations Executive – Payroll / Recruitment

Job Description:

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

• Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and salary data.
• Coordinate with the outsourced payroll vendor for timely and accurate salary processing.
• Upload salary payment files through the banking portal.
• Maintain payroll records, employee documentation, and HR MIS.
• Handle payroll queries and salary discrepancies.

Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
• Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
• Follow up on offers and joining commitments.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 plus years of relevant experience in Payroll, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in either Payroll or Recruitment is essential.
• Good MS Excel, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• BFSI, banking, or ITES experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
