Job Description

The HR Department at Bottomline is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support for a part-time role lasting 3 months. In this position, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our fast-paced and team-oriented HR team across various Geos. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, with a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibilities will include checking and renaming files for upload on HRIS tool, conducting audits on HRIS tool to identify missing documents, following up on missing documents to maintain up-to-date records, tracking files ready for upload and missing documents, and organizing HR Sharepoint folders. Additionally, you may be required to assist with any other ad-hoc activities as needed.
