Job Purpose The Telecaller Cum Admin will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will also ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. This dual role requires a balance of excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities. Key Responsibilities Admin Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential leads from the database to explain products/services. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers, booking appointments for the sales team.
