HR Manager(Non-IT Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities

• Job Postings: Write, update, and publish accurate job descriptions on career pages, job boards, and social networks.
• Sourcing & Pipelines: Use platforms like LinkedIn, internal databases, and active search strategies to build candidate pools.
• Screening: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Interviews: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person screens to evaluate communication skills, culture fit, and qualifications.
• Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage job offers.
• ATS Management: Track candidates and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Onboarding: Assist with offer negotiations, reference checks, and introductory onboarding formalities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter(Non- IT Recruitment).
• Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
