Salary: 35,000 – 50,000 Per Month

About BIGHA LAND
BIGHA LAND is an emerging real estate and land-based business with a vision to build a strong presence across India. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager who can establish and manage our complete Human Resources department and build a professional workforce for our growing organization.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage complete recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection and joining.
- Pan India Hiring: Recruit employees for different cities and states across India.
- Team Building: Build teams for Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Technical and Operations departments.
- Job Portal Management: Manage recruitment through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
- Interview Management: Conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews and manage final selections.
- HR Operations: Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Payroll Management: Coordinate salary processing, incentives and employee benefits.
- HR Policies: Develop and implement company HR policies, rules and procedures.
- Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, discipline and productivity.
- HR Reporting: Prepare monthly recruitment reports, employee reports and HR performance updates for management.
- Required Qualification
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) / PGDM HR preferred.
- Graduate candidates with relevant HR experience may also apply.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing or Business Development recruitment will be preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring and Pan India recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to independently establish and manage an HR department.
