Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • * Mass & Volume Recruitment: QSR outlets ke liye end-to-end recruitment process manage karna—jaise ki Restaurant Managers, Shift Supervisors, Chefs, Line Cooks, Delivery Executives, Cashiers, aur Service Staff.
  • * Sourcing & Sourcing Channels: Job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, walk-in drives, local references, aur consultancies ke through fast hiring ensure karna.
  • * Onboarding & Induction: New hires ka onboarding, documentation, background verification, aur company culture/policies ka induction session conduct karna.
  • * HR Operations & Employee Relations: Outlet employees ke attendance, leave management, grievances, aur employee retention strategies ko handle karna.
  • * Performance & Compliance: Store staff ke performance tracking, appraisals, aur labor laws/compliance ko strictly follow karna.
  • * Attrition Management: Attrition rate ko control karne ke liye employee engagement activities aur retention plans implement karna.
  • Candidate Requirements / Eligibility:
  • * Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HR, specifically handling QSR, Hospitality, Retail, or Restaurant chain recruitment.
  • * Skills: Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, high-volume hiring capability, aur local language proficiency (Odia/Hindi/English).
  • * Mindset: Fast-paced environment me kaam karne ka experience aur problem-solving attitude.
