Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 3 months to 1 year of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT roles, good communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and communication abilities.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various IT positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and industry terminology.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies.

Educational Qualification

• Any graduate degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• A background or certification in Human Resources is an added advantage.
