### About the Role

UXDLAB Software is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **HR Recruiter Intern** to join our HR team. The role focuses primarily on recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.

### Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Assist in closing open positions for technical and non-technical roles.

### Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong sourcing, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
