Job Summary
IT Recruiter
The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable IT professionals, managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand technical job requirements and match candidates with suitable roles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition is preferred.
- Understanding of IT roles such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and other technical profiles.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking tools.
Experience
- Freshers with strong communication and sourcing skills may apply.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition will be an advantage.
