Krea University is looking for a dynamic HR candidate to assist in the end to end HR Operations for the institution. The candidate will have exposure in the following areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Management, HRMS, Payroll, MIS and Exit process. Position Details: Job Type: Full-time. Location: Chennai. Qualification: MSW HR / MBA HR / MA HR (Premier Institution). Experience: Fresher / 0-6 Months of Experience in HR.( Preferably Male Candidate) Skills Required: Excellent Communication. MS Office Suite, especially working knowledge of MS Excel/Word. Excellent written communications. Analytics and Time Management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹215,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
