Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Field Sourcing: Conduct community outreach, job fairs, and canopy activities to attract talent.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-person interviews.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media to source and track applicants.
  • Relationship Management: Build relationships with local employment centers, community leaders, and potential candidates.
