Job Description

Hiring Process: Utilize all modes of hiring channels (internal and external sources) for hiring employees in Manufacturing Unit. Responsible for Screening Profiles and shortlist candidates for regular employment candidates and apprentice. Coordinate interview process and fix interview schedules with functional managers & facilitate the recruitment process by providing necessary materials, facilities, and assistance to the functional manager. Coordinate with Manager - HR Operations for interview schedules / conducting initial round of interview. Induction of new employees, coordination with other departments, making induction schedules. Coordinating for employee welfare programmes Handling employee grievances. Frequent visit to the shop floor Ensure high standards of house keeping and co ordinating with the supervisor. Alternate days working in both the units (Electronic City & Jigani). Skills required: Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Local language is mandatory (Reading and Writing) Possess good Presentation skills and working knowledge in Statutory compliances. Working knowledge on 5S.
