HR Executive - Technical Trainer

As a part of HL Mando ANAND India Private Ltd, you will be joining a leading manufacturer of high-performance steering, suspension, and brake systems for automobile vehicle manufacturers in India and globally. Your role will involve providing technical training to operating engineers and shop floor staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting various training programs such as Induction Training, Technical Trainings, OJT Trainings for Operating Engineers, NAPS Trainees, and other shop floor employees. You will be responsible for planning and ensuring adherence to the Training calendar, monitoring training effectiveness, ensuring certification compliance, and driving Kaizen and project completions post-training. Additionally, you will manage skill assessments, training nominations, and maintain training databases through the LMS module. You will also oversee 5S activities, training audits, and infrastructure while leading automation initiatives like AR/VR and e-learning. Handling data analysis, reporting, and coordination with external training partners for functional and behavioral skilling will also be a part of your role. The qualifications required for this role are BE/BTech in any stream with an MBA/MSW/MA HRM being preferred. Preferred skills include Training Program Development and proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word, Power Point.,
