Job Summary

East Point Group of Institutions is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with HODs and respective departments.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

HR Operations

• Prepare appointment letters, offer letters and other employee-related documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Assist in attendance management, employee documentation and other HR activities.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle routine employee queries and provide HR-related support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and Indeed.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment timelines.
