HR Executive (Recruiter)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage internal recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for various internal positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across various departments.

Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.

Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities with the HR team.

Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer acceptance rate.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
