HR EXECUTIVE – REAL ESTATE | NOIDA

Luminary Real Estate is expanding its Noida operations and is looking for a professional, proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage HR activities and support the growth of our new branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Noida branch.
• Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, joining documents and employee records.
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee databases.
• Coordinate with the Dubai Head Office regarding HR requirements.
• Support employee relations and resolve day-to-day HR matters.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline and workplace policies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns for real estate sales agents and other positions.
• Assist management with HR policies, procedures and administrative requirements.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees, branch management and the Dubai Head Office.

Requirements

• 1 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong recruitment and employee-management skills.
• Good knowledge of HR documentation and basic employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
• Professional appearance, organized working style and strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
