Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our real estate and construction business. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, site coordination, employee management, and travelling to different project locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
• Coordinate with site managers and project teams regarding manpower requirements.
• Support payroll processing, employee records, and HR-related documentation.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and HR policies.
• Conduct site visits for employee coordination, attendance verification, and manpower follow-ups.
• Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and compliance with company policies.
• Travel to different project sites and offices as per business requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid driving licence.
• Must be willing to travel to different project sites and locations as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred
• Location: As per company/project requirements
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills
