Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Managing the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. Conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for employee departures. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and grievances. Mediating conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Training and Development: Identifying training needs and developing/implementing training programs. Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback. Supporting employee growth and development. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans). Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records. Updating HR policies and procedures. Overseeing HR department operations. Other Responsibilities: Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement). Staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Participating in HR projects and initiatives. Managing employee attendance and leave. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance.
