Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive and productive workplace. Performance Management: Assist in developing performance appraisal systems, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans. Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and support employee development initiatives. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations. Update policies as necessary. Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, job descriptions, and employment contracts. Compensation & Benefits: Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports on metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment, and engagement.
