HR Executive - Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee files, databases, and HR records.
• Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Assist with PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation.
• Manage employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, and employee-related trackers.
• Support HR policy implementation and employee grievance handling.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR documentation.
• Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
