About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and smart HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team at Vayu Solutions Pvt Ltd.The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle HR operations, and be passionate about people management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.HR Operations: Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and company compliance.Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.Operations Support: Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking.HR Support: Address employee queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2–3 years of core HR/Recruitment experience (prior experience in US staffing/US recruitment is strongly preferred).Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, quick learner with a positive attitude.

Immediate availability to join and comfortable working on-site at our Hyder Nagar, Hyderabad office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
