Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as ,,Technicians, Electricians, and Supervisors.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals and field recruitment.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and fulfil vacancies within the given timeline.
  • Conduct initial screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
  • Organise walk-in interviews, job fairs and local recruitment drives.
  • Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate document collection, salary negotiation and offer confirmation.
  • Ensure candidates join on the committed date and support the onboarding process.
  • Track daily joining, absenteeism and replacement requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
