Job Description

Maestloper Media is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our growing digital marketing, IT solutions, and AI automation company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates.
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement and day-to-day HR administration.
• Track recruitment targets and ensure positions are filled on time.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• Must be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
• Experience hiring for technical, sales, and business development roles is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement and attending office as required.
