Job Title: HR & Recruitment Executive (Agency Experience Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, In-Office

Salary: Up to 40k

About the Role: We are a fast-growing digital marketing, creative, and technology agency looking for a proactive and energetic HR & Recruitment Executive to drive our talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: understand hiring needs, write job postings, and source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and handle salary negotiations/offer rollouts.
• Maintain active talent pools and track recruitment metrics to minimize time-to-hire.
• Handle employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of solid experience in HR or recruitment (agency or startup experience is highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience hiring for digital marketing, sales, content, design, and tech roles.
• Strong command over job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining reports and dashboards.
