Job Description

LOOKING FOR MALE CANDIDATES Recruitment and Hiring: Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the organization. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, and extending offers. Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns and grievances. Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Onboarding and Training: Ensuring new employees are properly onboarded and integrated into the company culture. Providing training and development opportunities to employees. Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating employee performance. Providing feedback and coaching to employees. HR Operations: Maintaining accurate employee records and databases. Managing payroll and benefits. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 5 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
