Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diagnostic centers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across clinical and non-clinical roles.
Coordinate hiring for roles such as Lab Technicians, Radiologists, Pathologists, Phlebotomists, Front Desk Executives, Customer Care, and support staff.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Coordinate payroll inputs, employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll processing with the accounts team.
Support statutory compliance and maintain relevant HR documentation, including PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other applicable labour law requirements.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, employee grievances, and day-to-day HR queries.
Coordinate performance management activities, probation reviews, and confirmation processes.
Ensure smooth HR operations across diagnostic centers and maintain effective coordination with center managers and department heads.
Monitor employee attrition, absenteeism, and manpower requirements across locations.
Support HR policy implementation, process improvements, and employee communication.
Assist in exit formalities, full and final settlement coordination, and exit interviews.
