HR Executive 3 To 5 Years Experience

SUKI Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Executive with a background in the IT/software industry.

Key Skills Required:

• End-to-end recruitment and technical hiring
• Monthly payroll processing and salary administration
• Attendance, leave, and HRMS management
• Employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
• PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance
• Performance appraisals, employee engagement, and HR reporting

Eligibility:

Prioritize candidates who have independently handled both payroll and recruitment in an IT company, rather than candidates whose experience is limited to HR administration. For a growing software company, practical execution and follow-up skills are particularly important
