HR Business Partner - South

As an HR Business Partner (South) at Godrej Agrovet, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business leaders in the Southern region to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Your focus will be on driving employee engagement, fostering a culture of inclusion, and achieving high performance standards across the region. Your responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders to understand regional and organizational goals, providing strategic insights to influence key business decisions, and supporting organizational change initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, talent management, and development, as well as driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. In addition, you will be tasked with developing and executing employee engagement plans, promoting a positive work culture, and addressing employee concerns through regular travel to market locations within the South region. Your role will also involve managing employee relations, conflict resolution, operational excellence, compliance with labor laws, and driving data-driven HR decision-making processes. To excel in this role, you must possess a high-energy, ownership mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You should have proven experience in HR business partnering, recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement, with at least 6+ years of progressive HR experience. Proficiency in Telugu is preferred to effectively engage with regional employees and leadership. Furthermore, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. You should have a deep understanding of statutory compliance, HR policies, and a willingness to travel monthly within the South region.
