## Job Description

We are looking for a target-oriented professional responsible for increasing monthly revenue and achieving the company's total revenue targets. The candidate will focus on converting recruitment opportunities into successful placements, acquiring new clients, improving team productivity, and ensuring timely revenue collection.

## Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of achieving the company's monthly revenue targets.

- Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure pending requirements convert into successful placements.

- Coordinate recruiters and freelance recruiters to improve productivity and joining ratios.

- Generate new clients and develop existing client relationships to increase business.

- Track expected revenue, confirmed placements, pending payments, and monthly collections.

- Identify revenue gaps and implement action plans to achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain the company's Google Sheets dashboard and submit regular performance reports.

- Work independently and keep the Founder updated on target achievement and revenue growth.

## Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, business development, or revenue generation.

- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, follow-up, and team coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and recruitment operations.

- A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently from home.

- Proven ability to convert business opportunities into revenue.

Primary Performance Metric: Monthly revenue generated and collected against the company's total target.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who takes ownership of revenue growth rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
