HR and Admin Officer

THIS IS AN ON-SITE JOB

The role

You will manage day-to-day HR and administration at our Wai site, including:

• Recruitment, onboarding, training records and performance reviews
• Attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws) and employee records
• Employee relations, grievances and engagement activities
• Supporting SMETA/Sedex and customer audits
• Site administration: housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, vendors and office supplies

What were looking for

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field (MBA/MSW-HR a plus).
• Experience in HR and admin, (ideally in a factory or food-processing setting, but this is not mandatory)
• Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
• Good communication in Marathi, Hindi and English
• Organised, approachable and able to handle people issues fairly
