HR & Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Handle office administration, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate employee ID cards, access cards, and HR-related queries.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support other HR and administrative activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
