Metalex Machineries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Junior to manage day-to-day accounting activities, bookkeeping, material documentation, invoicing and payroll-related operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts and perform routine bookkeeping.
• Handle purchase invoices (inward) and sales invoices (outward).
• Prepare and manage material Delivery Challans (DCs).
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills and other GST-related documentation.
• Maintain inward and outward material registers.
• Perform daily manpower attendance and entry management.
• Assist in salary processing and payroll management.
• Maintain accounting records, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounts and material documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of daily financial and operational records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts and bookkeeping.
• Tally knowledge is mandatory.
• Practical experience in daily bookkeeping is essential.
• Knowledge of purchase and sales invoicing.
• Understanding of Delivery Challans (DC), E-Way Bills and GST documentation.
• Basic knowledge of manpower attendance and salary processing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Advantage

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring activities.
• Experience in handling employee records and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
