Job Description

Should have a good practical knowledge and experience in High pressure die casting. Key Role & Responsibilities:- Capable of loading dies Maintain old dies and oversee repair work Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual. Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery. Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints. Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost. Qualification & Experience Required:- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in foundry(PDC/GDC). Experience in handling automotive and non-automotive die-casting components and problem-solving. Experience with Machines ranging from 100 to 250 tons. Experience in operating Zitai make machines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 18/06/2025
