As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized environment for our guests. Your main duties will include cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. You will also be responsible for changing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring that all cleaning supplies are well-stocked. In addition to cleaning duties, you will also be expected to assist guests with any requests or concerns they may have during their stay. This may include delivering extra towels, pillows, or other items to guest rooms, as well as answering any questions they may have about the hotel or local area. To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You should be able to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
