House of Tech builds and scales consumer internet apps across multiple categories. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can drive app revenue with discipline, experimentation, and strong ROAS thinking . This role is ideal for someone who: Has hands-on experience scaling app purchases or subscriptions Has managed meaningful ad budgets (1-2L/day range) Understands ROAS, CAC, LTV , not just installs Is still execution-heavy , but thinks like an owner You will work closely with founders, product, and creative teams to turn paid traffic into predictable revenue . RESPONSIBILITY Own app revenue growth through paid channels with clear ROAS accountability Execute and optimize Meta & Google app campaigns and other channels focused on purchases/subscriptions Plan and manage influencer & creator-led growth (UGC, regional creators, cost-efficient scale) Drive organic growth levers : ASO, referral loops, content-led installs, and retention-led growth Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns with disciplined optimization cadence Analyze the full install → purchase funnel and improve conversion with data-backed insights Drive creative-led growth by testing hooks, formats, and messaging with design/content teams Maintain clean, scalable ad account structures (ASC, Broad, Retargeting, Testing) Track and report key metrics like CAC, ROAS, payback period, and cohorts Collaborate with product teams on paywalls, pricing, and monetization experiments REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 2–5 years of hands-on growth/performance marketing experience with a strong focus on consumer apps (in-app purchase or subscription models) Proven experience driving revenue growth with good ROAS , managing meaningful daily budgets across Meta and Google App Campaigns Strong understanding of the app growth funnel (install → activation → purchase → retention → LTV) and attribution fundamentals Experience with creative-led growth , including ad creatives, influencer/UGC content, and organic growth experiments Working knowledge of app analytics & tracking tools (Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer/Adjust) and data-driven decision making Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment , with ownership mindset and bias for experimentation
