Hotel warden (Female)

Job Summary:

The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall well-being, discipline, and administration of the hostel. The role requires a mature, caring individual to supervise residents, maintain order and discipline, and ensure a safe and healthy living environment.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the allotment of rooms to the residents.
• Oversees the general maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises.
• Monitors the quality of food served in the hostel.
• Maintains strict discipline among residents.
• Reports incidents of indiscipline or misbehavior to the Director.
• Attends to grievances/complaints from residents and takes necessary action if found genuine.
• Provides first aid during emergencies and arranges for hospitalization of residents/staff when needed.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Degree Graduate, or
• 10th / 12th pass candidates with relevant experience

Experience: Prior experience in hostel management preferred but not mandatory
